Fees
Fees are agreed with our Administrator on an individual basis
prior to admission. Our administrator can offer advice on access
to public or voluntary funds related to your personal circumstances.
Fees are paid every twenty eight days, two weeks in arrears, two
weeks in advance.
Contracts
We offer a four-week trial stay period for you to assess our
services. If you are happy, and wish to extend your stay, you
will be invited to enter into a formal agreement (see Terms and
Conditions). We are contracted with the statutory authority for
those residents assessed as being eligible for public funding.
Ideas and Suggestions
Ideas and suggestions from the residents and their families are
greatly appreciated, and are received via our suggestions book,
situated in the front hall. We would be pleased if you could make
use of this facility to allow us to try to always improve our
efficiency.
